I volunteered with prominent Australian social enterprise, ‘The Social Studio', to create a coffee-table style publication profiling Melbourne’s most dynamic artists, fashion designers, stylists and musicians. As the lead contributor and assistant editor, I conducted over 60 interviews and wrote the corresponding profiles. I also assisted in the subediting of the 50,000 words of content. The resulting project was commercially published by Melbourne Books in May 2015.

Editorial Assistant

Formally, I was the editorial assistant for online and print publication Assemble Papers, which explored small footprint living across lifestyle, art, design, architecture, urbanism, the environment and finance. My key responsibilities included content writing, editing and proofing articles and maintaining our CMS. I also played a central role in sourcing and creating content for our social media channels and assisted with the biannual print magazine.
